Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd. informs individuals who inquire through the advertising phone numbers listed on real estate advertisements (hereinafter referred to collectively as Inquirer or Data Subject) about the personal data managed by it and the Otthon Centrum Network, the practices related to the processing of personal data, organizational and technical measures taken to protect personal data, and the rights of the data subjects and the ways of exercising those rights.

- Enterprises authorized to use the brand name and are in a franchise relationship with Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd., Franchise Partners.

- The Otthon Centrum Solutions Ltd. (1023 Budapest, Lajos Street 28-32., Phone: +36 1 487 3334, +36 70 454 0025, email: info.solutions@oc.hu, website: https://www.oc.hu/iroda/otthon-centrum-solutions-kft), is a member of the Otthon Centrum group of companies.
- The OC Finance Insurance Brokerage Ltd. (headquarters: 1023 Budapest, Lajos Street 28-32., company registry number: 01-09-730023), is a member of the Otthon Centrum Group of Companies.
The members of the Otthon Centrum Network are joint data controllers according to the agreement between them, which means that the purposes and means of the data processing specified in this data protection notice were determined jointly.
The data processing practices of the Otthon Centrum Network are based on the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), as well as the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

The inquirer's name, email address, and phone number can be accessed by Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd and - the Franchise Partner within the Otthon Centrum Network, or the real estate advisor or other collaborator who is in a legal relationship with the Franchise Partner and has a property matching the inquirer's search in their portfolio, or advertises such a property, or has the specific property sought by the Inquirer in their portfolio or advertises it. The recording of the conversation can be accessed by Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd, the Franchise Partner advertising the property, and the real estate advisor managing the advertisement who is in a legal relationship with the Franchise Partner. |
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of the Inquirer.
4. Duration of Data Processing
Data processing starts on the day the Inquirer contacts by phone. Data processing continues until the Inquirer withdraws consent for the stated data processing purposes, but no longer than 2 years from the Inquirer's last search activity. After this period, the personal data of the data subjects are deleted by the data controllers.
5. Data Processors
Data processors are natural or legal persons who handle personal data of the data subjects on behalf of the Data Controller based on a written contract with the Data Controller. Data processors do not make independent decisions and are authorized to act only according to the contract with the Data Controllers and the instructions received from them.
In relation to the services and data processing referred to in this notice, the data processors of the Otthon Centrum Network are:
- Collaborators in contractual relationship with Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd., Otthon Centrum Solutions Ltd., the Franchise Partners, HC Center Ltd., and OC Finance Insurance Brokerage Ltd., who are involved in the execution of activities (e.g., real estate advisors, office managers, administrative staff, credit intermediary subcontractors, appointed appraisers),
- I-mobile Telecom Kft (1023 Budapest, Lajos utca 28-32.), a company providing call center services.
6. Rights of the Data Subjects
The data subject has the right at any time to request information from all members of the Otthon Centrum Network about the processing of their personal data, and may request the correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their data. The data subject may request a copy of the audio recording to be made available by the Otthon Centrum Network. In this case, the Otthon Centrum Network will comply with the request within 15 days of its submission.
The data subject has the right to withdraw at any time the consent to data processing given to the Otthon Centrum Network.

Please note that if our client wishes to prohibit the sending of further email newsletters, offers, or other inquiries, it is necessary to unsubscribe for all the email addresses provided by them.
7. Legal Remedies
The data subject may contact the Otthon Centrum Network with any questions, comments, or complaints related to data processing by sending an email to ugyfelszolgalat@oc.hu email address.
