Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd. informs the inquirers and registrants (hereinafter referred to as Inquirer or Data Subject) on the www.oc.hu website about the personal data managed by it and the Otthon Centrum Network, the practice related to the processing of personal data, organizational and technical measures taken for the protection of personal data, and about the rights of the data subjects and the ways of exercising those rights.

- The OC Finance Insurance Broker Ltd. (headquarters: 1023 Budapest, Lajos Street 28-32., company registry number: 01-09-730023), is a member of the Otthon Centrum Group of Companies.
The members of the Otthon Centrum Network qualify as joint controllers according to the agreement between them, which means that the purposes and means of the data processing specified in this data protection notice were determined jointly.
The data processing practice of the Otthon Centrum Network is based on the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), as well as the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

3. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of Registrants and Inquirers on the www.oc.hu website and applications.
4. Duration of data processing
Data processing starts on the day of registration or when a notification request is sent. For Registrants, data processing continues until a request for deletion or cancellation of registration, while for other Inquirers, it continues until withdrawal of consent to the data processing purposes mentioned above, but for no longer than 2 years from the Inquirer's last search activity. Thereafter, the personal data of the data subjects are deleted by the data controllers.
5. Data Processors
Data processors are natural or legal persons who, based on a written contract with the Data Controller, handle personal data of the data subjects on behalf of the Data Controller. Data processors do not make independent decisions and are only authorized to act according to the contract with the Data Controllers and the instructions received from them.
In relation to the services and data processing referred to in this notice, the data processors of the Otthon Centrum Network are:
- Collaborators in contractual relationship with Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd., Otthon Centrum Solutions Ltd., the Franchise Partners, HC Center Ltd., or OC Finance Insurance Broker Ltd., who participate in the execution of activities (e.g., real estate advisors, office managers, administrative staff, credit intermediary subcontractors, appointed appraisers),
- Artklikk Ltd. (headquarters: 1051 Budapest, Szent István Square 11/B., company registry number: 01-09-865598) is the IT developer and maintainer of www.oc.hu.
6. Website operation, data security
The www.oc.hu website is operated by Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd. (headquarters: 1023 Budapest, Lajos Street 28-32., phone number: +36 1 487 3300 email: ugyfelszolgalat@oc.hu ).
The Otthon Centrum Network takes all necessary security steps and organizational and technical measures to ensure the highest level of security for the data stored on its servers, as well as to prevent unauthorized alteration, destruction, or use of the data. The IT systems of the Otthon Centrum Network are protected by technical, organizational, and administrative measures that provide an appropriate level of protection corresponding to the risks associated with data processing.
7. The rights of the data subjects
The data subject has the right at any time to request information from all members of the Otthon Centrum Network about the processing of their personal data, and may request the correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their data.
The data subject has the right to withdraw at any time the consent to data processing given to the Otthon Centrum Network.
Registrants can modify their notification settings or delete their registration under the "OC Account" menu on www.oc.hu. Other Inquirers can request the withdrawal of their consent by sending an email to ugyfelszolgalat@oc.hu email address. Otthon Centrum Franchising Ltd. will comply with the request within the shortest possible time, but no later than 15 days from the submission of the request.
Our clients can prohibit the sending of further newsletters, offers by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the newsletters, offers sent by us. Please note that if our client wishes to prohibit the sending of further email newsletters, offers, or other inquiries, it is necessary to unsubscribe for all the email addresses provided by them.
9. Legal remedies
The data subject may contact the Otthon Centrum Network with any questions, comments, or complaints related to data processing by sending an email to ugyfelszolgalat@oc.hu email
